DCB CONTINUES TO BE CERTIFIED!
Earlier this month, DCB had a successful Lloyd’s audit and has been approved for re-certification of the BestCities LRQA Service Standards.
In 2008, the BestCities Global Alliance received a Certificate of Approval verifying that the organization's quality management system and service standards had been approved by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance (LRQA) following the successful audits of all 8 cities.
This is the first world-wide certification program for convention bureau organizations.
The BestCities Global Alliance consists of 8 partners: Cape Town, Copenhagen, Dubai, Edinburgh, Melbourne, San Juan, Singapore, and Vancouver.
